Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1139 RALEIGH STREET in Council File RLH SAO 20-6.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 20-6 on June 3, 2020 which granted an extension to June 21, 2020 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1139 Raleigh Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 6, 2020 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
