Title
Appeal of Dong Yang to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter at 9 ACKER STREET WEST.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2020 at 2:30 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal: The house was involved in a fire 6/9/2020, but the tenant did not give me permission to throw away all their burned stuff until 7/3/2020. Also due to COVID-19, the permit process took forever. I was just informed by my contractor that they received the permit to do the repair beginning of Sept. 2020. I would like to have more time to get this house repaired and get it ready for rent without having to register.
Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: Sept. 9, 2020
Inspector/Key Staff: James Hoffman
Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: On 6/11/20, there was a 90 day fee waiver due to fire.
