Appeal of Paul Teske to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 363 LAWSON AVENUE EAST.

 

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, October 6, 2020, teleconference call between 2:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  Finished work is scheduled for completion within the next 3 weeks.  Without major delays, final inspections should be completed by October 31st.  Delays could push that out until no later than November 30th.  We respectfully request an extension to our current registration deadline.  Thank you for your consideration.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Paul Teske to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 363 LAWSON AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days to January 3, 2021; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
