RESOLVED, that, upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the Board of Water Commissioners, the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay, from the settlement fund, Accounting Unit 69082105, Account 74205, to Jeanne Swintosky of 1527 Cumberland Street the sum of $8,186.00 in full settlement of any and all claims for damages which occurred on or about July 10, 2020 regarding 1527 Cumberland Street, Saint Paul, MN.
