Amending Council File RLH AR 20-104 to delete the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2020 at 384 HALL AVENUE. (File No. CG2002A1, Assessment No. 200120)

WHEREAS on August 26, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 20-104, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2020. (File No. CG2002A1, Assessment No. 200120); and
WHEREAS, the property at 384 Hall Avenue, being described as: Auditor’s Subdivision No. 36 St. Paul, Minn. S 50 Ft of Lot 16 and E 50 Ft of S 6 Ft of Lot 17 and E 2 Ft of N 50 Ft of S 56 Ft of SD Lot 17 Blk 3, with the property identification number 06-28-22-44-0020 was assessed an amount of $6.24; and
WHEREAS, Public Works notified our office that this assessment should be deleted because Republic confirmed with the resident that they would credit the late fee of $6.24 but it was not done until after the delinquent bill was sent to the City; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $6.24, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 20-104 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
