WHEREAS on September 2, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 20-76 to ratify the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2019. (File No. CG2001D3, Assessment No. 200114); and
WHEREAS, the property at 679 Desoto Street, being described as: Railroad Island Townhomes Lot 5 Blk 1, with the property identification number 32-29-22-22-0031 was assessed an amount of $855.84; and
WHEREAS, Public Works staff recommends that the fee be deleted because Waste Management charged all the townhomes to this one account contrary to contract provisions; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $855.84, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 20-76 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
