Amending Council File RLH AR 20-112 to delete the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2020 at 930 JESSAMINE AVENUE EAST. (File No. CG2002D1, Assessment No. 200132)

WHEREAS on September 2, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 20-112, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2020. (File No. CG2002D1, Assessment No. 200132); and
WHEREAS, the property at 930 Jessamine Avenue East, being described as: Eastville Heights Lot 3 Blk 15, with the property identification number 28-29-22-22-0064 was assessed an amount of $107.02; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works staff recommended deleting because the property was registered as vacant with the City of Saint Paul from October 2018 until July 2020 and should not have been charged for the garbage service; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $107.02, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 20-112 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
