Purpose of Appeal: Zoning Dept. told me that if the retainer wall is on my side of the property, then I maintain my side of the property. Each homeowner is responsible on his side of the property. WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Blong Lee to a Correction Notice-Reinspection Complaint at 1676 SEVENTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to June 1, 2021 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
