WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Francis X. Viggiano to a Final Notice Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate and Summary Abatement Order at 125 COMO AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to September 18, 2020 for the fire pit and cleaning of yard listed in the Summary Abatement Order, and October 16, 2020 for windows, painting, screens, seed/sod, and globes on fixtures; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
