WHEREAS on August 26, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council Files RLH AR 20-109 and RLH TA 20-529, said Resolutions being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2020. (File No. CG2002C3, Assessment No. 200130)
WHEREAS, the property at 1399 Minnehaha Avenue West, being described as: College Place, East Division E 65 Ft of W 105 Ft of Lot 4 Blk 18, with the property identification number 27-29-23-34-0087 was assessed an amount of $77.36; and
WHEREAS, at the City Council public hearing on August 26, 2020, the City Council adopted the recommendation of the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that this assessment be reduced to $47.09; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing the assessment further from $47.09 to $25.79, because the property owner was only at the property one month out of a quarterly bill; Now, Therefore Be It,
RESOLVED, that Council Files RLH AR 20-109 and RLH TA 20-529 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
