Amending Council File RLH AR 20-108 to reduce the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2020 at 679 HOYT AVENUE WEST. (File No. CG2002C1, Assessment No. 200128)

WHEREAS on August 26, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 20-108, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2020. (File No. CG2002C1, Assessment No. 200128); and
WHEREAS, the property at 679 Hoyt Avenue West, being described as: Lane's North Dale Park Subj to Hoyt Ave Lot 20 Blk 7, with the property identification number 23-29-23-14-0195 was assessed an amount of $107.02; and
WHEREAS, Public Works notified our office that this assessment should be reduced because the property owner's 64-gallon cart was swapped out for a 35-gallon cart with every other week service on January 27, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $107.02, plus any accrued interests, be reduced to $66.17. Council File No. RLH AR 20-108 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
