Amending Council File RLH AR 20-108 to delete the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2020 at 1827 HYACINTH AVENUE EAST. (File No. CG2002C1, Assessment No. 200128)

WHEREAS on August 26, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 20-108, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2020. (File No. CG2002C1, Assessment No. 200128); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1827 Hyacinth Avenue East, being described as: Hazel Park Division 5 to St. Paul Ex Wly 7 Ft Lot 28 and Ex E 60 Ft the FOL Lots 29 and Lot 30 Blk 2, with the property identification number 23-29-22-33-0116 was assessed an amount of $66.17; and
WHEREAS, Public Works notified our office that this assessment should be deleted because there was a temporary service hold for the property during that time that was never registered; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $66.17, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 20-108 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
