Amending Council File RLH FCO 20-61, adopted July 22, 2020, to grant Phil and Keia Isaacson, PBK Properties, LLC, an additional extension for property at 47-49 COOK AVENUE WEST.

WHEREAS, on January 22, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH FCO 20-61, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy with Deficiencies at 47-49 Cook Avenue West; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council 1) grant to July 20, 2020 for compliance with the front bedroom orders by ceasing use as sleeping room or removing screens, windows and door from the enclosed porch and grant to September 1, 2020 for the remaining items; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, Phil Isaacson is requesting additional extension for compliance with the September 1, 2020 deadline as he is having trouble finding a contractor to comply with the fascia issue and will be out of town which will delay the repairs on the exterior items; and
WHEREAS, Legislative Hearings has reviewed the file and recommends granting additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to October 1, 2020 for compliance.
