Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:
Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): I have association that has been chasing me every month for garbage. Why I get an assessment if I pay my bills.
Staff Comments: The Hauler also confirmed that there was no payment made during Quarter 1 2020. The homeowners association was not being sent the invoices. Rather, they were being sent to the property owner. Hauler confirmed that they updated the mailing address on 04/03/2020 so that the invoices and notices of nonpayment are sent to the homeowners association. Therefore the invoices for Quarter 2 and Quarter 3 2020 were sent to the correct address. Staff recommends approving the assessment.
