WHEREAS, Rebound Exchange LLC d/b/a Celeste Hotel (License ID #20190000949) applied for a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk), Liquor On Sale- 100 seats or less, and Liquor On Sale- Sunday license for the premises located at 26 Exchange Street East in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, no petition of support was required for the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk) license since there are no residential uses within three-hundred fifty (350) feet of the area to be licensed; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk), Liquor On Sale- 100 seats or less, and Liquor On Sale- Sunday license are hereby approved and issued to Rebound Exchange LLC d/b/a Celeste Hotel (License ID #20190000949) for premises located at 26 Exchange Street East in Saint Paul.
