Invoice Date(s): January 1 - March 31

Garbage Hauler: Republic

Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Property owner stated that they have never received an initial invoice from Republic Services. They have called Republic Services at least 3 times. Each time, the customer service representative stated that they had sent invoices to the property. However, it appears as though they are receiving the notices of nonpayment.

Staff Comments: Hauler confirmed that when the property set up their online account, they set up paperless billing and so the invoice goes directly to the email on file. This would mean that the property owner is receiving bills from Republic Services. Therefore the staff recommends approving the assessment.
