Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Daughter of property owner reached out with questions about Saint Paul City Council Public Hearing Notice Ratification of Assessment for Quarter 1 2020. The property owner current has Alzheimer's and she has been helping her with her affairs.  She is confused as to why the City of Saint Paul was charging the property owner $77.36 when it appears as though they are current with their hauler.

Staff Comments: As a courtesy to the property owner, staff recommends removing the late fees of $10.07 and reducing the assessment to $67.29.
