Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Resident stated that he was told by city staff back in April 2020 that the city would be paying the Quarter 3 and Quarter 4 bills for residents until the appeal/litigation was straightened out
Staff Comments: Staff believes that the resident contacted us during a time when there was a lot of unknowns and there may had been some incorrect information provided. The resident will pay the Q3 2019 bill. He is up to date with the rest of the garbage bills. Therefore staff recommends removing the Quarter 4 2019 bill as a courtesy.
