Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Property stated that they should not have been assessed due to the fact that they have no open invoices with Republic Services.
Staff Comments: Hauler confirmed that the property owner had not made a payment during Quarter 4 2019. The property owner is seeing credits being issued to their account online because Republic has to make each delinquent bill appear as a credit in order to send it to the city to be certified. Therefore staff recommends approving the assessment.
