Appeal of Kent Jefferson to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 2081 LONDIN LANE.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, July 28, 2020, teleconference between 2:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal:
House been rented to the same family for almost 10 years. They moved and we are working on preparing the home for sale.
The office handling rental license had mailed license renewal to the wrong address. When they did not get a response, they sent to Vacant Building Dept. I have been in contact with them and updated them on house.
House is cleaned, up-to-date, and close to ready to put for sale.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Kent Jefferson to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 2081 LONDIN LANE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
