Purpose of Appeal: I am appealing this because the neighbor filed this compliant from a place of spite and not from this being an actual hazard, eyesore or nuisance. There is absolutely no reason that I should have to remove these things from my property because I am being targeted by an unstable neighbor.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jessica Zimmerley to a Summary Abatement Order at 1088 FIFTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to October 1, 2020 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
