Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  1) Appellant told staff that she is looking for legal counsel to represent her; therefore, this was scheduled further out. 2) Appellant told staff that she has been a victim of identity theft.  She may be unable to open her e-mail and may not receive her U.S. mail. Staff is sending confirmation to her in hopes that she receives the information in writing from one of these ways. 3) Date and time of this teleconference was repeated twice, and appellant said she wrote it down.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Colleen Mulcahy to a Correction Notice at 272 RICHMOND STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until August 1, 2020 for compliance from the June 30, 2020 Order with the carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, cleaning of the house, removal of combustible materials, dryer vent to be done under permit & exposed wiring and grant until September 1, 2020 for the ceiling, doors, floors, heating, stair locks, and other interior as well as the vehicles gone; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
