Amending Council File No. RLH AR 20-82 to delete the assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Registration Fees billed during February 18 to December 20, 2019 at 412 GOODRICH AVENUE. (File No. VB2009, Assessment No. 208810)

 

Body

WHEREAS on June 17, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 20-82 to approve the assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Registration Fees billed during February 18 to December 20, 2019. (File No. VB2009, Assessment No. 208810); and

 

WHEREAS, the property at 412 Goodrich Avenue, being described as: Winslow’s addition to Saint Paul Ex E 6 Ft the E 1/2 of Lot 5 and N 9 Ft Mol of That Part of Lot 12 Adj the above desc part of Lot 5 Blk 18, with the property identification number 01-28-23-34-0008 was assessed an amount of $2284; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the fee indicating the nuisance has been abated and the fee got processed in error; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $2284, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 20-82 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
