Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): I want to say that I paid this bill in November 2019 and it was by phone. I don’t understand why I’m still getting notices for this bill that has been paid. My trash has been paid up, and I paid this special one in Nov of 2019 by phone
Staff Comments: Hauler confirmed that there had been no payment received during Quarter 4 2019. Property owner did call on 01/15/2020 to remove their husband's name off of the account. However, they did not request to make a payment. Staff also contacted the City of St. Paul Assessment Office and confirmed that there had been a payment made in November 2019. However, this was for a Quarter 3 2019 assessment. Therefore staff recommends approving the assessment.

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has attached to this Council File both a report of completion outlining the costs and fees associated with Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2019. (File No. CG2001A3, Assessment No. 200102) and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and
