Purpose of Appeal: There is a back bedroom that exits to a sleeping porch and then to the outside. It is a clear path, but no other way to add window because of the roof line of the house and closets between roof and the wall of the bedroom. We can add/post extra instructions or is there something else that will work?

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Deanna Seppanen, on behalf of Macalester College, to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1661 LINCOLN AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to July 17, 2020 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
