Amending the 2020 Special Fund Budget to include RLTA category 2 reimbursements from the State of Minnesota.
Body
WHEREAS, THE Saint Paul Public Library has been awarded a reimbursement from the State of Minnesota Regional Library Telecommunications Aid (RLTA) program; and
WHEREAS, the library must make purchases before reimbursements are issued;
WHEREAS, the amount to be reimbursed is $257,141.56; and
WHEREAS, the reimbursement will allow the library to update essential network infrastructure to support library services in all buildings; and
WHEREAS, the purchases must be made before June 30, 2020; Now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Library Board approves the changes to the 2020 Budget, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that said budget, as heretofore adopted by the Library Board is hereby amended as indicated.
