Adopting the 2019 Stormwater Permit Annual Report.

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul was reissued a federally mandated stormwater discharge permit from the

Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) on July 12, 2018; and

WHEREAS, the stormwater permit requires the City to develop a Stormwater Management Program and

submit an annual report documenting the implementation of this program; and

WHEREAS, the stormwater permit requires the City to submit a Council Resolution adopting the annual report;

And

WHEREAS, a public comment period was held on this report from April 15^th to May 15^th, 2020; now therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul adopts the “2019 Stormwater Permit Annual Report” for submittal to

the MPCA.
