Hauling Service(s) Provided: Garbage Service Q4 Oct 1-Dec 31 2019

Type of Order/Fee: Trash Hauling

Billing Time Period: 4th Quarter of 2019 (October 1 - December 31)

Invoice Date(s): October 1 - December 31

Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Hauler charged for extra bag that I did not put out. Therefore I should not have to pay for the assessment.

Staff Comments: Assessment is for two additional bags ($3.00 x 2 = $6.00) plus taxes and late fees. Hauler confirmed that there was one occasion on 07/05/2019 where the lid of the cart was open several inches wide due to garbage overflow from two additional bags. Therefore staff recommends approving the assessment.
