Pertaining to a Seventh Rider to Agreement with the City of Centerville allowing the installation of an irrigation system at the Centerville Lake Pumping Station site in the city of Centerville.

WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners does possess fee title to property along the shoreline of Centerville Lake, Property Identification Number 23.31.22.23.0062, commonly referred to as the Centerville Lake Pumping Station, in the City of Centerville, Anoka County, Minnesota (the “Premises”); and
WHEREAS, the City of Centerville having entered into an Agreement with the Board dated June 9, 1966 for the purposes of installing certain public works and performing certain operations within the Board-owned property in the city of Centerville; and
WHEREAS, the City of Centerville desires to install and maintain a lawn irrigation system within the Premises; and
WHEREAS, staff has prepared a Seventh Rider to Agreement which sets forth the conditions for said installation, and which protects the Board’s rights, interests, and facilities; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Seventh Rider to Agreement with the City of Centerville is hereby approved and that the proper officers of the Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Seventh Rider on behalf of the Board.
