Pertaining to Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with White Bear Township to update services and responsibilities of each party.

WHEREAS, White Bear Township having entered into an Agreement with the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul dated March 22, 2005 for the purposes of performing certain construction operations within the White Bear Township; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend that original agreement to update services and responsibilities; and
WHEREAS, staff has prepared an Amendment No. 1 to Agreement which sets forth the conditions for said construction operations, and which protects the Board’s rights, interests, and facilities; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Amendment No. 1 to Agreement with White Bear Township is hereby approved and that the proper officers of the Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Amendment No. 1 on behalf of the Board.
