Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Property owner states that he has a 35 gallon cart with every week service but has not received service. He also still has his Walter garbage can that he would like removed from property.

Staff Comments: Hauler confirmed property had been receiving service for one small 35-gallon cart with every week pick up. They do have documented several instances in February and March 2020 of the cart not being put out for pick up. Apart from those dates, it appears as though resident was using the service. Therefore staff recommends approving the assessment.
