Amending the 2020 spending budget in the Department of Public Works General Fund Parking Meter Repair and Maintenance accounting unit.
Body
WHEREAS, additional funding for capital purchases was allocated in the 2020 Parking Meter Maintenance budget; and
WHEREAS, converting more of our parking spaces to Flowbird "kiosk" meters will increase our transaction fees as well; and
WHEREAS, $15,000 of this $200,000 appropriation should be moved from Capital Outlay to Services; therefore via
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Public Works Department to amend the 2020 budget in the Public Works Parking Meter Repair and Maintenance Fund, the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
