Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Property owner reported that hauler kept trying to bill current them for previous owners bill from Quarter 2 and Quarter 3 2019. Property owner purchased the property in September 2019. They reported that they had contacted hauler and the customer service representative stated that they would be able to remove the pending assessment of $596.10.
