Purpose of Appeal:  My rental property at 2002 Bush Ave. had a fire incident on Dec. 7 (Run#46939).  My insurance company did the inspection and investigation in Dec. and Jan  I contracted local construction contractor in middle of Feb. and started repair.  It is expected to be completed by middle of April.  I had no intention to vacant the property.  As matter of the fact, the previous tenant is still waiting for moving in as soon as the repair is completed.  I am requesting to remove my property from the vacant list.
