WHEREAS, the 2018 - 2020 (January 1, 2018 - December 31, 2020) Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and Fire Fighters Local 21 was approved by City Council on September 5, 2018 and the 2018 - 2020 (January 1, 2018 - December 31, 2020) Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and Fire Supervisory Association Local 3939 was approved by City Council on September 26, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the Fire Fighters Local 21 and Fire Supervisory Association Local 3939 have a tentative Memorandum of Agreement for the purpose of establishing new options for pre-65 Retiree Health Insurance; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.03 (5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached Memorandum of Agreement between the Fire Fighters Local 21, Fire Supervisory Association Local 3939 and the City of Saint Paul for the purpose of establishing new options for pre-65 Retiree Health Insurance.
