WHEREAS on March 11, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 20-16 to approve the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during July to September 2019. (File No. CG1904A3, Assessment No. 190146); and
WHEREAS, the property at 198-200 Robie Street West, being described as: Nelson Stevens and King’s Addition to West St Paul Subj to Esmts; Lot 6 Blk 2, with the property identification number 07-28-22-13-0022 was assessed an amount of $228.31; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety & Inspections staff recommends reducing the assessment to $96.08 because property owner was charged $228.31 for a 64-gallon and 96-gallon cart, despite only having the 64-gallon cart on site since Quarter 2019;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $228.31, plus any accrued interests, be reduced to $96.08. Council File No. RLH AR 20-16 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
