Purpose of Appeal:  Inspection conducted on 11/22/19. Inspector okayed use of property, despite one item to be completed, a little siding by door. Given time end May 2020 for completion. Jim Seeger said building removed from vacant building. Inspector cleared property for use 11/22/19

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Appellant told staff that the inspector was at the property today, 3/10/20. An official vacant building notice may be forthcoming.

 

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Omobolaji Shadrack to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 2203-2205 GLENRIDGE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal and release from the Vacant Building Program; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
