I'm willing to receive. I have one living sibling - Robert 'Bob' Fehr 651-334-1496. Lauren Lightner assisting w/appeal - getting cashiers check for $25 cash.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Lauren Lightner, on behalf of Catherine Fehr, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 701 HAZEL STREET NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal but will waive the vacant building fee for 90 days; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
