WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources instructs that the minimum rate of pay for Assistant to the Mayor I be changed from $23.45/hour to $12.50/hour set forth in Grade 05C, EG 17, Non-Represented City Managers; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the minimum rate of pay for the Assistant to the Mayor I classification be changed from $23.45/hour to $12.50/hour set forth in Grade 05C of EG 17, Non-Represented City Managers Salary Schedule. This resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval, retroactive to the pay period starting on 3/28/2020.
