Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): I paid my bill. Attached please find a copy of my late payment notice as well as proof it was paid. Please remove this address from your list of Garbage Non-payment
Staff Comments: Payment was not submitted until 11/08/2019, and was not able to be processed until after deliquent account was sent to the City of Saint Paul Assessments Office as a pending assessment. Therefore the payment of $73.86 was applied as a credit to the resident's account. Original notice of nonpayment included was for services provided during Quarter 4 2019. Staff recommends approving the assessment.

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has attached to this Council File both a report of completion outlining the costs and fees associated with Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during July to September 2019. (File No. CG1904C4, Assessment No. 190155) and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed an appeal of this assessment and developed a recommendation for the City Council with respect to this assessment; and
