WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Joseph Vance to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 1113 COMO PLACE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extention to the January 28, 2020 Fire Orders to June 1, 2020 for items 1 and 2, and to March 20, 2020 for items 3-9; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
