Authorizing the City to enter into a Cooperative Agreement with MnDOT and Ramsey County regarding the replacement of the Dale Street Bridge at TH 94.
Body
WHEREAS, Ramsey County has a project to replace the Dale Street Bridge at TH 94; and
WHEREAS, MnDOT will participate in the costs of the project and provide construction engineering services at no cost to the County; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County and MnDOT will own and maintain improvements as outlined in this Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City will be responsible for the operation and maintenance, including electrical service expenses, of the Signal Systems on the State Trunk Highway Right-of-Way and lighting facilities on the bridge, as outlined in this Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into MnDOT Agreement Number 1035026, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
