Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Cliff is representing his brother Acey. Acey is no longer in the house as he has a number of sever medical issues. Cliff submitted a UDRF on 1/2/2019 removing service for the two 65 gallon carts at the property. This was sent over to WM and there should not have been a bill generated.

Staff Comments: Staff confirmed that UDRF was submitted and therefore recommend removal of the assessment.
