Approving a Right of Entry permit between the City and Alter Metals for ingress and egress to construct a bridge for the Robert Piram Regional Trail project.

WHEREAS, access via the ("Alter") property is required to transport bridge materials for the adjacent Robert Piram Trail project as depicted in Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the ("City") and ("Alter") have mutually prepared the (“Permit”) for the City's use of property, attached hereto as Exhibit B; and
WHEREAS, said (“Permit”) requires indemnification by the ("City") and its contractors for any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs related to the City's use of the (“Alter") property; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Council do hereby approve said (“Permit”) in a form and content substantially as set forth in Exhibit A, and authorize and direct the proper city officials to execute said (“Permit”).
