WHEREAS, the Short-Term Rental (Owner Occupied) license held by BNB Pro LLC (License ID #20180003052) for the premises located at 1599 Taylor Avenue in Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Suspend License dated December 27, 2019, stating the licensee failed to pay delinquent license fees and late fees; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend License or return the renewal invoice with payment for delinquent license fee and late fees or submit a request to cancel license form.; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses stated that if the licensee failed to pay the delinquent license and late fees, request a public hearing or cancel the license by January 13, 2020 that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Short-Term Rental (Owner Occupied) license held by BNB Pro LLC (License ID #20180003052) for the premises located at 1599 Taylor Avenue in Saint Paul are hereby suspended.
FURTHER RESOLVED, the license will remain suspended until all delinquent license, alarm permit and late fees are paid in full to the Department of Safety and Inspections.
