WHEREAS on June 12, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 19-58, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2018. (File No. CG1901C4, Assessment No. 190063); and
WHEREAS, the property at 289 Maple Street, being described as: Lyman Dayton Addition to the City of St. Paul Sely 47 25/100 Ft of Lots 25 and Lot 26 Blk 37, with the property identification number 32-29-22-14-0215 was assessed an amount of $228.29; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as owner should have not been assessed since they paid to the hauler in October of 2018; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $228.29, plus any accrued interests, is deleted and the Offices of Financial Services will abate this reduction from the 2020 Property Taxes Statement.
