Authorizing the City to enter into a temporary license agreement with the University of Minnesota for construction of the Como Avenue Trail.

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul is committed to construction of the Como Avenue Trail between Raymond Avenue and Hamline Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Como Avenue Trail is a regionally significant trail and part of the Saint Paul Grand Round; and
WHEREAS, Public Works has secured federal funding to construct the Como Avenue Trail in 2020; and
WHEREAS, a Temporary License Agreement is needed from the University of Minnesota to allow temporary construction activities to occur on property owned by the University of Minnesota; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul enter into a Temporary License Agreement with the University of Minnesota.
