WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council File RES 20-292 accepted the Report of Completion of Assessment for a sanitary sewer connection at 1199 Winthrop Street S. in connection with the construction of a sanitary sewer service in the Winthrop/Boxwood area (assessed when the property owner connects); and
WHEREAS, the City held a public hearing on April 15, 2020 to consider ratification of the Assessment Roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 76 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
