Appeal of James Stanke to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 192 ROBIE STREET WEST.

 

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Jan. 28, 2020 at 11:30 a.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  We are requesting an extension in order to complete the driveway repairs.  We were unable to complete due to a very wet fall.  We are very concerned about causing undue stress to the residents.  We are willing to make a performance deposit with the city.

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  James Stanke had conflicts and could not make any of the earlier hearing dates so was scheduled for Jan. 28th, 2020.

 

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of James Stanke to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 192 ROBIE STREET WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the Certificate of Occupancy with Corrections for the driveway repairs to be completed by July 1, 2020; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
