Be it resolved that upon proper execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay Progressive Insurance Company from the City of Saint Paul’s Police Department Tort Liability Fund, 1-10023200-74205-2310041000-74205 the amount of nine thousand sixty six dollars and eighty one cents ($9,066.81) in full and final settlement of their property damage subrogation claim as subrogee of Dennis Royzenfeld, stemming from a motor vehicle accident on or about the 26th day of February, 2019, in Saint Paul, MN.
